Description

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Miraval of Bellenda comes from vineyards located in Carpescia, in the extraordinary terroir of Conegliano. Bellenda sparkling wines perfectly represent the suspended bubbles of this area.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested in the second half of September. After a soft pressing and a decanting of the must, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently a refermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 2 months. The wine then refines on the fine lees for about 1-3 months.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it has ample and fruity hints of golden apple and peach, enriched with elegant aromatic notes. In the mouth it is soft and pleasantly fruity. Overall it is full-bodied, very harmonious and elegant.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and risotto.
