Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Il Millesimato 2015 Canevel

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry The Millesimato di Canevel comes from vineyards located on the hills of the DOCG area of Valdobbiadene.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, between the end of September and the first days of October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place slowly in steel tanks at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method.

The Millesimato di Canevel is characterized by a pale and bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of apple and peach, enriched with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate it is elegant and sapid, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany sweet and sour appetizers and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with fresh fruit and dessert without creams.
