Description
The Costa Toscana Rosso Le Prode of the La Regola winery comes from Sangiovese grapes and a small percentage of complementary grapes that come from owned vineyards located in the municipality of Riparbella.
Following the manual harvesting of the grapes, the grapes are crushed and undergo a short maceration. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for 4 months in steel and for at least 12 months in the bottle.
It reveals itself to the eye with a ruby red color. The olfactory examination presents delicious aromas of black cherry and cherry, with hints of leather. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, harmonious and persistent.
Ideal in combination with salami-based appetizers and pasta with meat sauce, it is excellent with red meat main courses.
