Côte de Nuits AOC Villages 2014 Domaine Pansiot

The Côte de Nuits-Villages of Domaine Pansiot is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Corgoloin, in the heart of the Côte-d'Or, a renowned French wine region of Burgundy.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in tonneaux, before being bottled.

The Côte de Nuits-Villages of Pansiot is characterized by a bright garnet red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherry, raspberry and black currant, enriched with an elegant note of cinnamon. On the palate it is soft, fruity and round, sometimes fleshy.

Perfect to accompany roasts and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and noble poultry.
