Côtes de Provence AOC Les Templiers 2024 Château Peyrassol

Les Templiers is a Provençal wine produced by Château Peyrassol, which in the Middle Ages belonged to the Knights Templar, as recognized by the red cross that is the estate's emblem. The winery specializes in the production of wines from Provence, especially rosés.

The wine is a blend of several grape varieties that undergo gentle pressing, after which fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. There it remains on the fine lees for a few months before being bottled.

In the glass, the wine shows the delicate pale-pink hue characteristic of Provençal rosés. On the nose it releases subtle citrus notes, in particular ripe lemon zest. The palate is fresh and rounded.

Excellent as an aperitif, Les Templiers pairs beautifully with paella, seafood and vegetable risottos, or fresh summer salads.
