Description
In the strip of land located south of the Bâtard-Montrachet area, this Chardonnay originates, which boasts the Criots-Bâtard Montrachet appellation, specifying very accurately the geographical coordinates of its origin.
The Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards between the ages of 30 and 80, planted on mineral and limestone soils. Fermented in wooden barrels and refined in them for a period of about 12 months
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Soft notes of vanilla, banana and broom define the bouquet of great pleasure. The taste reflects the solidity of the structure, balanced and streamlined by a linear and tense freshness.
Perfect to accompany a stuffed squid.
