Description
Custoza di Zenato was born in a hilly area on the Veronese side of Lake Garda.
It is produced with Chardonnay grapes at 30%, Garganega at 40%, Friulano, formerly Tocai, at 20% and Cortese 10%. The grapes are harvested manually in September and undergo a soft pressing and a fermentation process in steel at a controlled temperature.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a very fragrant and pleasant scent, in which fruity hints of yellow peach stand out. In the mouth it is delicate and balanced, with the right body.
It goes well with appetizers and is perfect in combination with delicate first courses and fish in general.
