Description

The Lady is a Pinot Grigio originating from the Eastern Veneto Hills that wants to pay homage to the charm and feminine elegance.

It consists of pure Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested and transported to the cellar, where they undergo an initial cold maceration of about 7 days. A winemaking process in steel follows which ends with an aging on its lees for over 3 months.

Its color turns to coppery shades. It introduces its olfactory profile with notes of peach, tea, dog rose and raspberry. The sip is elegant and enigmatic, with excellent body and sinuous softness, all carried out by a fresh and savory vein, fine and precise. When swallowed, the fruity texture and a note of dried fruit echo.

To be combined with a plate of tagliolini with prawns and courgettes.
