Description

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Vita by Angelo Scaroni comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

Angelo Scaroni's Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Vita has a bright pink-gold-yellow color. The nose opens with a pleasantly sparkling and intense bouquet, with fruity aromas of rennet apple and peach, enriched with hints of lily of the valley. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with floral notes.

Ideal to accompany risotto with vegetables or fish, it is perfect in combination with raw fish, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
