Description

The Ribolla Gialla of Villa de Puppi was born on the hills of Rosazzo, in the historic Villa de Puppi estate in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested strictly by hand in small wooden boxes, after a slight drying on the plant. After a 2-day maceration and clarification of the cold must, alcoholic fermentation follows at controlled temperature in which both native and selected yeasts are used.

This Ribolla Gialla from Villa de Puppi has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and delicate bouquet, with hints of white flowers and honey. On the palate it is fresh and complex, well structured, with notes that recall the sweet exotic fruit.

Ideal as an aperitif, this white wine is perfect in combination with fish-based first courses and vegetable soups.
