Description
The Dark rum of Demerara di Samaroli intends to evoke the temptation towards a life without rules that distinguishes the human nature of explorers, revolutionaries, saints and heroes that leads them in search of the sacred but also to abandon themselves to the profane, in a dark side with which men are always fighting, nevertheless presented in its most mysterious, captivating, seductive sense.
At sight it has a bright brown color that recalls mahogany wood. The sense of smell is reached by a rich and direct perfume, able to upset the senses: initially molasses, licorice and candied fruit which then drag us into a deep finish without the possibility of being able to subtract us based on tobacco and coffee. On the palate the scents perceived on the nose take shape and become substance, with a persistent material with balsamic and slightly mineral tones.
For true connoisseurs, it is excellent to be sipped slowly in order to fully appreciate the rich and fascinating taste experience.
