Dezelno Vino PGO Malvazija 2015 Stemberger

Malvazija di Stemberger comes from vineyards located in the Karst region (Kars), Slovenia.

It is produced entirely with Malvasia grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins for 4 days. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in truncated conical barrels, for 5 months in large barrels and finally in the bottle, before being placed on the market.

This Stemberger Malvazija has a golden yellow color. The nose opens with notes of cut grass, enriched with elegant hints of honey. On the palate it is medium-bodied and clean, with a pleasantly long and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this white wine is perfect to accompany light dishes and delicate cold cuts.
