Dubl + Brut Metodo Classico 2016 Feudi di San Gregorio

Dubl Più is one of the Classic Method bubbles of the Feudi di San Gregorio winery, produced exclusively from native Campania vines.

It is a pure Greek sparkling wine, a noble variety of the Campania region of which a genetic similarity has been discovered with the Asprinio of Caserta, historically known for its particular vocation for the sparkling process. The aging of Dubl Più consists of 24 months spent in contact with its yeasts.

It has a bright golden yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases a complex bouquet, in which notes of courgette flowers blend perfectly with citrus and mango hints, but also with chalk, yeast and clear mineral perceptions. On the palate it is austere, of great elegance, with a finish of beautiful persistence in which the vine-territory relationship is clearly revealed.

Excellent with risotto, it is perfect in combination with sushi and shellfish. Try it with a lobster au gratin.
