Description

The Colli Piacentini Cabernet Sauvignon Stoppa of the La Stoppa winery comes from organic vineyards with an average age of up to 90 years, located in the Val Trebbiola, in the heart of the Piacenza hills.

It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and other Bordeaux grapes, with manual harvesting of the bunches. After a fermentation, with maceration on the skins for 30 days, the wine ages in wood for 14 months and ages for 24 months in bottle before being released on the market.

It has a ruby red color. The nose offers an intense range of fruit and spices, embellished with elegant balsamic notes. On the palate it is structured and soft, with good body.

Ideally served with red meats, it goes perfectly with game and game dishes.
