Description
The Erbaluce di Caluso La Rustìa di Orsolani was born in vineyards located in the heart of the municipality of Caluso.
It is produced exclusively with Erbaluce di Caluso grapes, harvested towards the end of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees, before being bottled.
La Rustìa is characterized by a straw color, with bright yellow shades. The nose opens with strong aromas of sage and aromatic herbs, enriched with pleasant hints of pear and grapefruit. On the palate it is pleasantly consistent, with an excellent persistence that continues with a mineral note.
Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, vegetables and soups.
