Description
The Erbaluce di Caluso La Rustia di Orsolani is a white wine that originates near the town of Caluso, north-east of Turin.
It consists of pure Erbaluce grapes, an autochthonous variety of this small area. It comes from vineyards located at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters, on morainic and sandy soils. Fermented in steel tanks and aged for 6 months inside them.
Bright straw yellow, at sight. The fruity notes of pear and white peach intertwine with those of aromatic herbs, on the nose. In the mouth, its character affirms a beautiful gustatory intensity and finishes the sip with a savory closure.
To be combined with a chicken with aromatic herbs.
