Description
The Falerio Percorino Villa Angela di Velenosi was born in vineyards located on the hills of Ascoli Piceno.
It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, harvested by hand during the month of September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers at a controlled temperature of 10 ° C to keep the aromatic heritage intact.
Pecorino Villa Angela is characterized by an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose has a complex, elegant and harmonious bouquet, with intense and refined hints of exotic fruits and citrus fruits, with delicate floral aromas of hawthorn, acacia flowers and jasmine, enriched with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and soups.
