Falerio Pecorino DOC Erinni 2017 Capecci

Erinni di Capecci comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Falerio DOC, in the Marche region.

It is made from only Pecorino grapes, which ferment in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in the same containers for 6 months, keeping unchanged the typical characteristics of the territory from which it originates. The entire winemaking process takes place in the total absence of proteins, both animal and vegetable, and with moderate additions of sulphites in the phases in which they are absolutely necessary. The possible presence of sediments on the bottom is due to the fact that the wine is bottled without first being subjected to microfiltration.

Straw yellow in color, it opens to the nose with an intense and persistent aroma of ripe yellow fruit. In the mouth it is dense and structured, with a rightly acidic finish that invites to the next sip.

Perfect in combination with appetizers and fish main courses, it is ideal with all courses based on white meats.
