Fernet Gancia is a bitter liqueur produced in Canelli, based on a secret formula composed of alcohol, herbs, and aromatic spices such as cinchona, gentian, saffron, mint, and licorice. The historic recipe represents a perfect balance between herbal tradition and innovation.

The process involves macerating the botanicals in neutral alcohol to extract essential oils and digestive properties. The infusion is then filtered, sweetened, and finished with caramel to give the characteristic amber color.
