Fiano di Avellino DOCG Elle 2022 Laura De Vito

The Fiano di Avellino Elle is an elegant white wine produced by Laura De Vito, made from grapes grown in the three areas of Arianiello, Saurroni, and Verrare in Lapio, in the province of Avellino. The vineyards are situated between 450 and 600 meters altitude, in an area characterized by significant temperature variations and constant breezes, which promote excellent grape health.

The winemaking process involves soft pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for about nine months and further develops with an additional six months of bottle aging, thus expressing all the complexity and elegance typical of Fiano di Avellino.

In appearance, it shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers a rich and concentrated olfactory register with notes of grapefruit, jasmine, star anise, winter honey, almond, and mineral tones. The palate is balanced, fresh, savory, and pleasantly persistent, with a finish characterized by citrusy memories.

It pairs perfectly with shellfish, noble fish in simple preparations, seafood risottos, and fresh cheeses.
