Description
Berlucchi's sparkling Franciacorta Brut Rosè Cellarius comes from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta.
It is produced 60% with Pinot Noir grapes and 40% with Chardonnay grapes, which undergo a soft and progressive pressing with fractionation of the musts. Subsequently, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and in a small part in oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine ages in contact with the yeasts for about 6 months.
The Brut Rosè Cellarius is characterized by a blush pink color of good intensity, with slight violet hues. The nose opens with elegant hints of berries, wild strawberry and raspberry, enriched with pleasant aromas of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is pleasantly full-bodied and savory, with a very dry finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts, red meats, shellfish and aged cheeses.
