Franciacorta Brut Nature DOCG Millesimato 2018 Pavò

Franciacorta Nature is a sparkling wine from the Pavò winery, located in Iseo, in the province of Brescia, in one of the most renowned Italian areas for the production of Classic Method sparkling wines. The grapes come from a soil of morainic origin which gives the grapes the characteristic sapid notes that we find in the glass.

The wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are brought to the cellar and immediately pressed, to then ferment in steel vats. The bottling for the second fermentation always takes place in spring, then the bottles remain in the cellar to refine for at least 24 months.

Its color is golden yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of elderflower, gooseberry and citrus, with final notes of yeast. In the mouth the wine is fine, fresh and savory, with a good persistence.

Perfect to accompany an aperitif, cold meat and fish appetizers and fish dishes.
