Description
A Franciacorta that tells 40 years of experience of Ca' del Bosco, the Dosaggio Zero is the evolution of the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi, dedicated by Maurizio Zanella to his mother and founder of the company, which makes rigor its expressiveness.
Born from the union of 31 base wines, it consists of the Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero varieties. The grapes are vinified separately, plot by plot, in small oak barrels made from selected and seasoned woods; the wine then ages on its lees for 6 months before blending and then in the bottle for 8 years and 7 months.
It appears in the glass with a golden color, featuring an extremely fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is extraordinarily refined and complex, with intense fruity notes accompanied by seductive balsamic traces. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with a long persistence, gradually fading on a savory and citrusy trail. A Franciacorta of great character.
Perfect alongside refined fish dishes, this cuvée is also ideal for being enjoyed on its own.
