Description

Barone Pizzini's Spumante Franciacorta Brut comes from the Ciosèt, Prada, Pian delle Viti and Polzina vineyards, in the heart of Franciacorta DOCG.

It is produced 90% with Chardonnay grapes and 10% with Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months, and for a further 24 months in bottle.

This Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant fruity and spicy hints. On the palate it is elegant, creamy, pleasantly persistent and complex.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
