Description

A splendid Blanc de Noir from the heart of Franciacorta DOCG, which reveals all its enchanting charm in the label, which features the iconic elements of feminine seduction, as if to evoke the charm and allure of a land so rich and sensual.

Made from a careful selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes, this cuvée is enriched by ageing in barrique and reveals all its elegance after at least 24 months on the lees.

The eye is pleased by its bright copper colour, abundant bubbles and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it has a bouquet of biscuits and laurel, with a hint of green walnut husk. The palate is fresh and pleasant, with a complex structure reminiscent of fruit and vanilla, and a persistent finish.

Recommended with fish-based first courses. Try it with seafood risotto.
