Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero Millesimato 2012 Santus

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Millesimato di Santus comes from vineyards located in the heart of the rolling hills of the Franciacorta, in the Brescia municipality of Cellatica, in Lombardy.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the Classic Method with refermentation in the bottle and an aging of at least 30 months on its lees.

Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Millesimato is characterized by a bright yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with notes of honey, citrus and white flowers. On the palate it is savory, pleasantly fresh and mineral.

Ideal to accompany baked pasta and fish risotto, this Zero Dosage goes well with cold cuts and cheeses that are not too seasoned.
