Description

The Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato Millé by Muratori is born from a rigorous selection of only Chardonnay grapes sourced from carefully chosen plots, with special attention to hillside vineyards near the lake, where the pedoclimatic conditions promote richness, freshness, and complexity. This is an elegant and precise Franciacorta, designed to express depth, finesse, and a pronounced aptitude for evolution.

The selection continues in the cellar through the use of the finest pressing fractions, considered the most suitable to support an extended aging on the lees. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Franciacorta method, with a period of at least 36 months on the lees, while the Extra Brut dosage enhances the wine's tension, clarity, and character.

In the glass, it shows a light straw-yellow color, highlighted by greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, it is clean and direct, with initial hints of chamomile, citrus notes of grapefruit, and delicate sweet nuances of vanilla; on the palate, it is fragrant and crisp, supported by a fine and elegant perlage and a zesty finish that invites you to take another sip.

It pairs well with rich and elegant dishes, cured meats, cheeses, and refined fish preparations.
