Description

Franciacorta Extra Brut Pas Operé from Bellavista is produced from vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta appellation. It is made with carefully handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.

The process is inspired by age-old tradition, with fermentation of the must in oak barriques. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 6 years, thereby developing its perfect harmony.

It features a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it opens with enveloping elegance with notes of honey, wildflowers, and apple, enhanced by pleasant hints of chamomile and vanilla. On the palate, it is full and dry, with a long finish and a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Perfect for accompanying appetizers and first courses, it is ideal paired with fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.
