Franciacorta Pas Dosé Rosé DOCG Parosé 2015 Mosnel

The Franciacorta Rosè Pas Dosé Parosé sparkling wine comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Passirano, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After fermentation in barrique at controlled temperature for about 5 months, the wine ages in bottle for 36 months before being marketed.

Parosé is characterized by a pale coppery color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with harmonious floral hints, enriched with pleasant fruity notes of raspberry, blueberry and wild strawberries. On the palate it is rich and persistent, pleasantly enveloping and with excellent flavor.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts and stewed white meats, it is ideal in combination with sushi, fish dishes, shellfish and seafood.
