Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé 2012 Cavalleri

Franciacorta Pas Dosé was born in vineyards located in Erbusco, in the heart of the magical Franciacorta terroir.

This sparkling wine is obtained from the cuvée of Chardonnay grapes, coming from different vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for at least 42 months.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet, with hints of dried fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of bread crust and sweet sensations of brioche. On the palate it is pleasantly rich and intense, with a fresh and creamy body.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, this Franciacorta expresses its best with appetizers and refined dishes based on crustaceans or fish.
