Description
Rizzini Franciacorta Riserva Nature was born in the Piedmont vineyards of Monticelli Brusati, in the north-east area of Franciacorta.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, coming from a single vineyard. The sparkling wine follows the tradition of the Pas Dosè Classic Method. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks with a short passage in barriques. It is left to age in the bottle for 96 months on its lees. Finally, there is the remuage performed manually and the disgorgement.
Rizzini Franciacorta Riserva Nature is characterized by a pale yellow color and a continuous and very fine perlage. The nose is dry and elegant, with notes of dried flowers, toasted almonds and white fruit. On the palate it is elegant and well structured, with excellent persistence of bubbles at the mouth.
Excellent for the aperitif moment, it is ideal in combination with fish or white meat dishes,
