Franciacorta Extra Brut Rosé Millesimato DOCG 2010 La Montina

Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato Extra Brut was born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir grapes and a small part of Chardonnay, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on its lees for at least 30 months.

The Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut of the La Montina company is characterized by a soft pink color and a soft and abundant foam. The nose opens with intense notes of berries and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is full and soft, with pleasant fruity hints.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is excellent in combination with cold cuts, grilled meats and aged or blue cheeses.
