Franciacorta DOCG Satèn '61 Berlucchi

Berlucchi Spumante Franciacorta Brut Satèn '61 comes from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. The grapes undergo a soft and progressive pressing with fractionation of the musts, and then the must carries out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in contact with the yeasts for 24 months and for another 2 months after disgorgement.

Satèn '61 is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour. The nose reveals rich, elegant and varied, enriched with pleasant hints of tropical fruits and notes of candied citrus. On the palate it has a marked acidity and flavour, has a great structure, with a long and precise finish.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
