Franciacorta Brut Rosé DOCG Corte alle Stelle

A wine that originates from the morainic hills of Franciacorta, in its splendid setting.

Obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero with percentages that vary according to the vintage but in which Pinot Noir is always present for at least 30%, its grapes are harvested early by hand in wooden boxes in mid-August. It is the result of a first cold fermentation in steel and a second fermentation and aging in the bottle for 24 months.

Like the most beautiful auroras, its color is pale pink, with golden reflections that shine in the glass. The nose opens with its delicate scent and its hints of wild fruit, closing in a finish of bread crust and yeast. It envelops the palate with its excellent and elegant flavor and its harmonious profile.

It is the ideal wine to combine perfectly with dishes based on shellfish, fish or caviar, but also desserts and fine cheeses.
