Description

The Freisa di Chieri Surpreisa di Balbiano was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Andezeno, in the province of Turin.

It is produced exclusively with Freisa grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with maceration in contact with the skins.

Supreisa is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant notes of currant and raspberry, enriched with pleasant floral hints of violet. On the palate it is dry and fresh, harmonious and full-bodied.

Perfect to accompany sausages and cheeses, this red wine is ideal in combination with first courses with meat sauce and second courses with meat, both white and red.
