Description

The Friularo Classico Late Harvest of the Il Dominio winery is born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOCG Friularo di Bagnoli.

It is produced exclusively with Friularo grapes, harvested late by hand in November, after the bunches have been covered with the characteristic "Brosema". After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 27 months in oak barrels and then for another 6 months in bottle before being placed on the market.

It has a deep garnet color. The nose opens with an intense and rich bouquet of red fruits, enriched with notes of cardamom, juniper, cocoa and licorice. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with well integrated tannins and a pleasantly persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany boiled and braised, this red is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
