Description

The Friulano produced by the Castello di Buttrio company is made with pure grapes and falls within the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC denomination.

From terraced land composed of marl and sandstone come the grapes that are immediately pressed upon arrival in the cellar. After static decantation, fermentation is carried out in steel at 18-20 ° C. The wine ages 6-8 months in contact with the yeasts to be then assembled before bottling.

Straw yellow in color, it has hints of ripe fruit and almond on the nose. On the palate it is full and round, with great extraction and good acidity, releasing a typically almondy and very pleasant flavor on the finish.

Ideal to accompany grilled vegetables, omelettes and herb risotto.
