Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Ribolla Gialla Rjgialla 2016 La Tunella

The Friuli Colli Orientali Ribolla Gialla Rjgialla of the La Tunella company is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Friulian Hills. Thanks to their unmistakable style, La Tunella wines are the perfect expression of the terroir.

It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested around the second week of September. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C, for about 30-40 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers with frequent bâtonnage, with the aim of obtaining a complex and structured wine.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense and elegant bouquet of acacia, enriched with pleasant hints of plum and yellow peach. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and sapid, with a full and intense body. The wine has a long finish, with a slightly aromatic aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and vegetables, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, fries, soups and soups.
