Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Ribolla Gialla 2017 Tenuta di Angoris

The Friuli Colli Orientali Ribolla Gialla of the Tenuta di Angoris is born in vineyards located in Stabili della Rocca, in the municipality of Cormòns, the capital of Friuli wine.

It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested towards the end of September. After cold maceration, the must is fermented at controlled temperature for 10 days, then rests for 8 months in stainless steel containers. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for 30 days before being marketed.

It has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with a delicate and floral bouquet, characterized by elegant acacia aromas enriched by pleasant hints of peach, apricot and lemon. On the palate it is soft, elegant and pleasantly savory, with a marked acidity and a pleasant minerality.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with raw fish, seafood, shellfish and vegetables.
