Description
The Ribolla Gialla Extra Brut Spumante from Tenimenti Civa comes to life from the vineyards of Bellazoia di Povoletto, in the province of Udine, whose Friulian name Biele Zôe identifies the production line to which it belongs. It is produced under the recent Friuli DOC denomination.
Bubbly composed entirely of grapes of the Ribolla Gialla variety, to which the company pays particular attention, is obtained through a vinification in steel only at controlled temperature, after which it undertakes the second fermentation in an autoclave following the dictates of the Charmat method.
It has a straw yellow color with a fine and elegant perlage. The nose perceives subtle floral notes, which are accompanied by hints of limoncella and light wild strawberries. On the palate it is fruity, deliciously fresh and savory.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect to be served in the company of delicate fish appetizers or fried earth.
