Description

The Pinot Grigio of the Puiatti Signature line comes from the vineyards located within the town of Zuccole, in the Gorizia municipality of Romans d'Isonzo.

It is produced only from Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in the second week of September. Vinification takes place traditionally in white, at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C. Refinement takes place in steel, then ends in the bottle.

It has a straw yellow color on the eye. The nose is centered on intense and enveloping hints of white pulp fruit, which prelude to a flavor of great character, decisive and persistent.

Perfect with first courses of seafood, it is excellent with risotto and stewed white meats.
