Description
Pinot Grigio has now become part of the family of Friulian wines par excellence. The Borgo San Daniele winery offers its own version starting from the owned vineyards located in the municipality of Cormons, in the province of Gorizia.
The pure Pinot Grigio grapes come from the Bosc di Sot locality. They are collected, crushed and subjected to skin maceration with the skins. Aging in steel at controlled temperature in contact with its fermentation yeasts.
Golden yellow, with chromatic veins on amber tones. The nose recalls ripe white fruit and dried fruit. It enters the mouth showing a full and soft body, animated by a fruity taste with a long toasted almond finish.
Perfectly accompanies a roast pork with plums
