Description
Gabry Rosé Extra Dry is a sparkling wine born from the passion of the Venetian company of La Tordera for bollcine. It comes from the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Moriago della Battaglia.
Obtained from a blend of Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni grapes, slightly crushed and harvested in September, this sparkling wine undergoes a white vinification and continues the aging and fermentation in autoclave.
It has a pinkish color, with light orange hints and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is immediate, with hints of strawberry and raspberry and delicate floral sensations of violet. In the mouth it shows excellent harmony thanks to a good balance between sweetness and acidity, combined with a light flavor.
To be drunk immediately, this sparkling wine is perfect for an aperitif. Interesting in accompanying original dishes such as strawberry risotto or desserts such as chantilly cream or strawberry and rosé macerate.
