Gaina Birrificio Lambrate

Gaina beer originates from the Lambrate Brewery. It owes its name to a Lombard saying that defines the drunkards for their swinging uncertain gait, like that of hens (Gaina in dialect).

This IPA has a charming amber color, with a thick and creamy foam. With exuberant notes of tropical fruit, peach and citrus and a spicy finish, Gaina infatuates the nose with a very complex aroma. In the mouth it shows a medium body, with light caramel sensations that well balance an important hoppy component, typical of IPA.

Perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses, excellent also with first courses and full-bodied appetizers.
