Description

This London Dry Gin is the result of a careful selection of botanicals that enhance the balance between freshness, aromatic complexity and finesse. Distilled according to the traditional method in small batch, it expertly combines juniper, coriander, dandelion, lemon, lavender, sage, rosemary, verbena, olive, basil, laurel, helichrysum and thyme, creating a unique and refined sensory profile.

The production process involves the infusion of botanicals in a hydroalcoholic solution before distillation in copper and steel stills, following the discontinuous method. This technique allows for the best extraction of aromas, guaranteeing purity and balance in the final product, in perfect harmony with the tradition of great artisanal gins.

To the eye it is clear, transparent and crystalline. To the nose it expresses a delicate and complex bouquet, with aromatic notes that harmoniously intertwine with herbaceous and floral scents. In the mouth it is dry, soft and enveloping, with an entry rich in aromatic herbs that evolves towards lavender, to then conclude with a persistent and refined finish of olive leaves.

Perfect for mixing in classic or contemporary cocktails, this gin is also best enjoyed pure, perhaps with an ice cube and a lemon peel to enhance its aromatic nuances.
