Description
Bartolomeo Gin is a mixology proposal inspired by the spice route and the allure of exploration. Produced in France, in the Cognac region, it is crafted with eight botanicals including juniper, kaffir lime, Timut pepper, grains of paradise, angelica, coriander, cardamom, and ginger.
The botanicals are macerated for 48 hours in a blend of alcohol and pure water. This is followed by a single distillation in a Charentais copper still and a slow mixing process that lasts three weeks, preserving the full freshness of the aromas.
On the nose, it is rich and spicy, while the taste is round, fresh, and silky, with a spicy texture that evolves into citrus notes of kaffir lime and grapefruit. It impresses with its balance and complexity.
Perfect for signature cocktails and structured, aromatic gin and tonics.
