Description

Caucino was born in the vineyards of the Oppida Aminea estate, located on the splendid Campania hills of the Sannio Beneventano.

This wine is made exclusively with Greco grapes, one of the oldest vines in the area. After the traditional white winemaking processes, 70% of the product ages in steel, while 30% rests in 25Hl oak barrels for 4-6 months.

Caucino is characterized by a deep yellow color tending to golden. The nose offers delicate aromas of white flowers, with notes of toasted hazelnuts and hints of ripe and citrus fruit. The sapid and mineral side of the soil emerges in the mouth, with an acidity that guarantees the wine eternal youth.

Excellent in combination with fish and white meats, it is also interesting with very elaborate first courses.
