Greco di Tufo DOCG Vittorio 2007 Di Meo

The Greco di Tufo Vittorio of the Di Meo winery comes from a vineyard located on a steep and sunny slope in the municipality of Montefusco, Avellino.

It is produced with only Greco grapes, harvested manually in small boxes. After a brief maceration on the skins, fermentation in steel at controlled temperature follows. The wine ages for at least 36 months, of which 18 in steel and another 18 in the bottle.

Wine with a bright golden yellow color, opens to the nose with a refined bouquet of cedar and Renetta apple, enriched with notes of propolis and flint. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, pleasantly balanced and mineral.

Ideal to accompany sushi and sashimi, it is recommended in combination with pumpkin risotto and medium-aged cheeses such as taleggio.
