Grüner Veltliner Handcrafted 2016 Arndorfer

Martin Arndorfer's Grüner Veltliner Handcrafted is made from a careful selection of grapes from the Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel vineyards, inserted in various soils and microclimates of the Kamptal valley.

It comes from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes. Much of the mass ferments in cask for 8 months, while the remaining part in steel. Follows assembly and aging for 6 months on the fine lees before bottling.

It has a golden yellow color. The nose is characterized by a vibrant and elegant bouquet of spices later reached by notes of white flowers. In the mouth it proves fleshy, mineral and refreshing, with a pleasant citrus trail and hints of oak at the end of the mouth.

Excellent to combine with raw fish and Asian dishes, it proves to be a perfect aperitif.
