La Maison Romane's Hautes-Côtes de Nuits is a red wine produced in the area of Villars-Fontaine, located on the heights of the Côte de Nuits, in Burgundy. This region, characterized by a cooler microclimate and clay-limestone soils, allows for fresh, elegant expressions of Pinot Noir with great aromatic finesse.

The wine is born from traditional winemaking, with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and aging in wooden barrels.
